About My Practice
It’s nice to meet you.
I have been in practice since 2017 and I specialize in treating adults with coexisting Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and mood disorders (e.g., depression or bipolar disorder). I also enjoy working with couples using Gottman-informed theories. Additional areas of my practice address trauma, anxiety, anger management, social phobias, and other problems of living. I also offer academic and career counseling services to adults of all ages.
My goal is to help clients use their own strengths to develop new strategies and coping skills, leading to improved functionality and well-being.
I hope you’ll make the decision to reach out to me. I look forward to getting to know you.

Insurance
At this time, I do not accept insurance in Maryland. However, I am happy to issue superbills to clients whose plans allow them to be reimbursed by their insurance provider.
Telehealth
While I believe therapy is most effective in person, I am a certified telehealth provider and am able to remotely serve clients who are physically located within the State of New York.
Services
Individual Psychotherapy
Drawing from a variety of evidence-based practices based on his clients' specific needs, my approach facilitates a safe, empathetic, and judgment-free environment that addresses attachment issues, narcissistic injury, defense mechanisms, cognitive distortions, and family dynamics.
Couples Counseling
Whether large or small, conflict is a inevitable in relationships. Sometimes, however, those conflicts become too great for partners to overcome on their own. My job is never to take sides, but to help you reach mutual understanding through effective communication, trust, and most of all, respect.
Family Therapy
Slammed doors. Silent treatment. Heavy drinking. “How did it get this bad?” you may be asking yourself. You’re not alone. Family conflicts can and should be brought into the therapy room and addressed head-on. Therapy does not decide who is right or wrong, but is the science of pattern observation.
Career Counseling
You are looking to make professional changes, but you have questions. Have you submitted dozens of job applications, but not receiving callbacks? Do you seem to have difficulty getting past the interview stage? Or maybe you simply know you want change, but you don’t know what that change is. That change starts here.
Academic Counseling
Seemingly endless applications. Personal statements. Resumes. Interviews. Extracurriculars. The process of acceptance to college or graduate school can feel overwhelming, but does it really have to be? The pain of the application process can be less daunting than this. Show me what you’ve got and let’s show them why you’re a rock star.
